These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Unrive ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Unrive automated investment platform available at unrive.io. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Godkännande av villkor

By opening an account on Unrive, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we may publish. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Unrive following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Behörighet

To register and use Unrive, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

To access Unrive services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Supply truthful and accurate information during registration and keep it up to date at all times
• Complete identity verification (KYC) as required under applicable regulations
• Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with any third party
• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) to safeguard your account
• Notify Unrive immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Unrive will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

4. Plattformstjänster

Unrive provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that enables users to invest capital and receive returns generated through algorithmic market activity. Our services include:

• Automated trade execution using AI-driven algorithms and market analytics
• Portfölj- och prestationsövervakning i realtid via en personlig instrumentpanel
• Deposit and withdrawal management via verified payment systems
• Customer support and onboarding assistance for all users

Unrive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to users where possible.

5. Insättningar och minimiinvestering

To activate automated trading features on Unrive, users are required to make an initial deposit. The following conditions apply:

• Deposits are processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations and may require identity verification before funds are credited to your account
• Unrive does not charge registration fees — costs are limited to deposits and any applicable transaction fees disclosed at the time of payment
• Deposited funds are held in segregated client accounts and are never used for company operational expenses

6. Uttag

Användare kan när som helst begära uttag av tillgängliga medel, under förutsättning att följande villkor uppfylls:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard timeframes disclosed on the platform
• Alla uttagsbegäranden är föremål för identitetsverifiering och efterlevnadskontroller
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit wherever possible
• Unrive reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory investigation, or unresolved compliance issues

7. Riskupplysning

Investing in financial markets involves substantial risk. By using Unrive, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may receive back less than your original deposit
• Automated trading algorithms, however sophisticated, cannot eliminate market risk or guarantee profits
• Market conditions can shift rapidly and unpredictably due to economic, political, or technical factors beyond our control
• You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose and that are not required for essential living expenses
• Unrive does not provide personalised financial, legal, or tax advice — you should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions

8. Förbjudna aktiviteter

By using Unrive, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Att lämna falsk, vilseledande eller bedräglig information under registrering eller verifiering
• Användning av plattformen för penningtvätt, finansiering av terrorism eller annan olaglig finansiell verksamhet
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Störa eller avbryta plattformens tekniska infrastruktur eller säkerhetssystem
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform without authorisation
• Att delta i marknadsmanipulation eller någon annan aktivitet som är utformad för att artificiellt påverka handelsresultat
• Violating any applicable local, provincial, federal, or international laws or regulations
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Unrive platform without prior written permission

Unrive reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, with or without prior notice, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

9. Immateriella rättigheter

All content, technology, branding, design, algorithms, and materials available on the Unrive platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and data — are the exclusive intellectual property of Unrive or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal investment purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Unrive intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Ansvarsbegränsning

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unrive and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Eventuella investeringsförluster eller ekonomiska skador till följd av användningen av våra automatiserade handelstjänster
• Indirekta, oavsiktliga, följdskador eller straffskador av något slag
• Avbrott i tjänsten, tekniska fel eller förseningar utanför vår rimliga kontroll
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures
• Åtgärder från tredjepartsbetalningsleverantörer, teknikpartners eller externa tjänsteleverantörer

Vårt totala ansvar gentemot dig för eventuella anspråk som uppstår till följd av användning av plattformen ska inte överstiga det totala belopp som du har satt in under de 30 dagarna som föregår anspråket.

11. Skadeersättning

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unrive and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Efterlevnad av regler mot penningtvätt (AML) och KYC

Unrive is fully committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and financial crime prevention standards. All users are required to:

• Slutför identitetsverifiering (KYC) innan du gör insättningar eller begär uttag
• Uppvisa giltig myndighetsutfärdad legitimation och adressbevis när det begärs
• Se till att alla medel som sätts in på plattformen kommer från legitima källor

Unrive reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in compliance with Canadian federal law, including the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and applicable FINTRAC reporting obligations.

13. Tillämplig lag och tvistlösning

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Unrive platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Bindande skiljedom: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mississauga, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada

14. Uppsägning

Unrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Use
• Bedräglig, olaglig eller misstänkt aktivitet
• Underlåtenhet att slutföra den obligatoriska identitetsverifieringen
• Längre kontoinaktivitet

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any available balance will be returned to you following the completion of required compliance checks, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

15. Friskrivning från garantier

The Unrive platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
